1. Who we are

DevOps Academy ("we", "us") is a learning platform operated by Madhukar Reddy from India, offering DevOps quizzes, real-world scenarios and interview-prep content.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be 16 years or older and provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Premium membership

Premium membership is sold on a one-time payment basis for a fixed duration (currently 6 months / 180 days). Access begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Membership does not auto-renew.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not share your account credentials with others.
  • Do not scrape, copy, redistribute, or republish our content (quizzes, scenarios, explanations).
  • Do not attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or rate limits.
  • Do not use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

All content (quiz questions, scenarios, explanations, code, design) is owned by DevOps Academy. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for personal learning during your membership period.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, share credentials, or abuse the platform. In such cases, no refund is provided.

7. Disclaimer

Content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We make no warranties about job placement, certification outcomes, or the accuracy of every technical detail. Always verify against official documentation for production use.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
