Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account info: name, email, avatar (from Google if you use Google sign-in).
Learning activity: quiz attempts, answers, scores, scenario views, streaks.
Payment info: we do not store card numbers. Razorpay handles payments and shares only payment ID, status, and amount with us.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, basic logs for security and debugging.

2. Why we collect it

To provide the learning experience (track progress, prevent question repetition).
To process payments and grant premium access.
To send essential account emails (password resets, payment receipts).
To detect fraud and abuse.

3. Who we share with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform:

Supabase — database & authentication hosting.
Razorpay — payment processing.
Google — only if you use Google sign-in.

We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax law. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

5. Your rights

Access — you can see all your data in your dashboard.
Correction — update your profile any time.
Deletion — email us and we will delete your account within 30 days.
Export — request a copy of your data.

6. Cookies

We use cookies only for essential functionality (keeping you logged in, theme preference). No advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed. Access is protected with row-level security at the database layer.

8. Children

Our service is not intended for users under 16.
