No-Refund Policy

DevOps Academy Premium is a non-refundable digital product. Once payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded immediately and you receive full access to all premium content. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances.
Why no refunds?
Premium grants instant, unlimited access to every quiz, scenario, and interview-prep walkthrough — content that cannot be "returned." To keep this policy fair, we encourage you to thoroughly try the free tier first: free quizzes, sample scenarios, and the full UI are available before you spend a rupee.
What you should do before buying
- Sign up for free and complete a few free quizzes to evaluate question quality.
- Read the pricing page carefully — premium is a one-time payment for 6 months (180 days), no auto-renewal.
- Email support@awsops.cloud with any pre-purchase questions. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. Premium is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew — access simply ends on the expiry date shown in your dashboard.
Exceptions
The only exception is a duplicate or technically failed charge (e.g. you were billed twice for the same membership, or the payment was captured but Premium was never granted). In those cases email support@awsops.cloud within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID and we will investigate and reverse the duplicate charge.
Disputes & chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for an eligible, delivered digital product is considered a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account suspension and a permanent ban from the platform.
